BALTIMORE — A local developer unveiled plans for a modern, 330-unit luxury apartment project at the Village of Cross Keys to a city design panel on Thursday as part of an ongoing effort to redevelop the north Baltimore landmark.
Renderings show a cubic, six-story red brick and steel structure with a large glass entryway and two separate courtyards, one with a pool deck three stories above street level. The building will hold 500 parking spaces in an underground garage and sit on what today is a flat-surface parking next to a tennis barn.
